One Day in Avalon is a new online journal that publishes the art and writing of women & girls, from poetry to textile arts:

  • Collage and Paper Arts

  • Music and songwriting (audio submissions; text files can be included)

  • Performance Art (video submissions)

  • Short films (video submissions)

  • Graphic novels and comics

  • Essays or personal narratives

  • Other crafts

  • Dance and choreography (video submission)

Publication is subject to the whims of the curators. Please note that we are a small (but passionate) team. The submission fee is $25 for video or audio submissions and $15 for all others, but we will waive the fee for those who cannot afford it.
